傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)和變(bian)送(song)器(qi)本(ben)是熱工儀表(biao)的概念。傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)是把(ba)非電物(wu)理量(liang)如(ru)溫度、壓力(li)、液位、物(wu)料、氣體特性等轉(zhuan)換成電信(xin)號或把(ba)物(wu)理量(liang)如(ru)壓力(li)、液位等直接送(song)到(dao)(dao)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。變(bian)送(song)器(qi)則是把(ba)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)采(cai)集(ji)到(dao)(dao)的微弱的電信(xin)號放大(da)以便轉(zhuan)送(song)或啟動控(kong)制(zhi)元件。
傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)能夠(gou)受(shou)規定的被測量并按(an)照一(yi)定的規律轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)可用輸(shu)出信(xin)號(hao)的器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)或裝(zhuang)置的總稱,通常由敏(min)感(gan)元件(jian)(jian)和(he)轉(zhuan)換元件(jian)(jian)組(zu)成(cheng)。當傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)的輸(shu)出為規定的標準(zhun)信(xin)號(hao)時,則稱為變送器(qi)(qi)。
變送器(qi)(qi)的概念是(shi)將非標(biao)(biao)準電信號轉換為(wei)標(biao)(biao)準電信號的儀器(qi)(qi),傳感器(qi)(qi)則是(shi)將物(wu)理信號轉換為(wei)電信號的器(qi)(qi)件,過(guo)去常講物(wu)理信號,現(xian)在其他信號也(ye)有了(le)。一次(ci)儀表(biao)指現(xian)場(chang)測量儀表(biao)或基地控(kong)制表(biao),二次(ci)儀表(biao)指利(li)用一次(ci)表(biao)信號完成(cheng)其他功能(neng):諸如(ru)控(kong)制,顯示等功能(neng)的儀表(biao)。
傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)(he)變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)本是熱工儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)概念。傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是把非電(dian)物理(li)量如溫度、壓力、液位、物料、氣體特性等(deng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)或(huo)把物理(li)量如壓力、液位等(deng)直接送(song)(song)到變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)則是把傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)采集到的(de)(de)(de)微(wei)弱的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)放(fang)(fang)大(da)(da)以(yi)(yi)便轉(zhuan)送(song)(song)或(huo)啟動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)元件。或(huo)將(jiang)傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)輸入的(de)(de)(de)非電(dian)量轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)同時(shi)放(fang)(fang)大(da)(da)以(yi)(yi)便供(gong)遠方(fang)測(ce)量和(he)(he)(he)控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)號(hao)源(yuan)。根據需要還可將(jiang)模擬(ni)量變(bian)(bian)換(huan)為數字量。傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)(he)變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)同構成(cheng)自動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)監(jian)測(ce)信(xin)號(hao)源(yuan)。不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)物理(li)量需要不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)(he)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。還有(you)一(yi)種變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)是將(jiang)物理(li)量變(bian)(bian)換(huan)成(cheng)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao),如一(yi)種鍋爐(lu)水(shui)位計的(de)(de)(de)“差(cha)(cha)壓變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)”,他是將(jiang)液位傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)里的(de)(de)(de)下部的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)和(he)(he)(he)上(shang)部蒸汽的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)凝水(shui)通過儀(yi)表管(guan)送(song)(song)到變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)波紋(wen)管(guan)兩(liang)側(ce),以(yi)(yi)波紋(wen)管(guan)兩(liang)側(ce)的(de)(de)(de)差(cha)(cha)壓帶動(dong)機械放(fang)(fang)大(da)(da)裝置用指針指示水(shui)位的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種遠方(fang)儀(yi)表。當然(ran)還有(you)把電(dian)氣模擬(ni)量變(bian)(bian)換(huan)成(cheng)數字量的(de)(de)(de)也(ye)可以(yi)(yi)叫變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。以(yi)(yi)上(shang)只是從概念上(shang)說明(ming)傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)(he)變(bian)(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別
